Trinium is excited to announce automated appointment scheduling with Trinium Terminal Connect and LBCT!
Directly from the Trinium dispatch screen, users can now request, update, and cancel appointments at LBCT. This is in addition to the automated pre-advice process. Users of Trinium-TMS can now completely automate their process with LBCT without leaving Trinium...enabling improvements to productivity in customer service and dispatch operations.
Trinium's Terminal Connect service from its Intermodal Trucking Software enables container drayage companies to interface to marine terminal systems via API connections to automate the data flow on pre-advices and appointment schedules. Additional interfaces are being worked on as more and more marine terminals release dray-centric APIs.
