Trinium-TMS (Transportation Management System)
Provides a complete enterprise system for intermodal and multimodal trucking operations. TMS enables companies to completely automate their processes from order receipt to customer service to operations to billing and driver settlements. Trinium-TMS is the core enterprise system, with the following modules available based on customer requirements. Trinium MC2 (smart application for drivers) MC2 provides complete bi-directional communication from a driver's smart phone to/from the Trinium dispatch system. Dispatch instructions can be sent, received, acknowledged and completed by the driver on his smart phone reducing time consuming communications and improving the timeliness and accuracy of information. MC2 is key to improving your driver-to-dispatcher ratio. Trinium EDI Module EDI provides complete system-to-system electronic connectivity between trading partners. Trinium has over 100 EDI trading partners including ocean carriers, IMC's, forwarders, and shippers. Various transaction sets are available enabling the electronic flow of orders, shipment status, and invoicing. Most customers today demand that their web sites be updated on a regular basis, Trinium's EDI Module will enable you to send data to your customers without having to post data manually on their web sites, saving you time and money. Trinium Availability Manager Availability Manager is a service that enables Trinium-TMS (or third party trucking systems) to interface with various pier and rail web sites for tracking and tracing containers. Once container orders are entered into Trinium, the process of tracking and tracing containers is completely automated, reducing the labor intensive process of managing notifications, ETA's, availability and last free day monitoring with dozens of web sites. Trinium Management Dashboard The Dashboard provides a summarized view of key performance indicators on the initial sign-on screen for executives, managers, and end users. It provides a work queue affect enabling end users to proactively manage their workload. An executive view will also provide managers with operational and financial KPI to manage the business. The dashboard can be accessed from anywhere you have internet access. Trinium Event Management Module Event Management provides comprehensive email alerting capabilities automatically triggered by status changes on an order/dispatch. This module also provides automated reporting, where reports can be set-up to automatically be emailed to internal staff/management or directly to your customers, shippers, or consignees. Custom queries can also be downloaded to Excel and automatically emailed to customers with this module. Trinium Weblink Module Weblink provides your customers with web access to their data. Customers can easily log-on to Weblink and with secure sign-on and password can check shipment status, last free day at the pier/rail, last free day on empties, view historical data on shipments, and view scanned documents. Customers can access information in real-time without time consuming phone calls to your customers service department. Trinium Document Imaging Module This module provides a complete workflow solution for your documentation requirements. Trinium ties the document workflow into the order completion process, where invoices and driver settlements are enabled once appropriate documents are scanned in the system. Functionality includes easy image retrieval from a user's PC, rendition printing of images with invoices, email invoicing, and on-line document retrieval via Weblink. Trinium-WMS (Warehouse Management System) Provides full public warehouse and inventory management functionality for third party logistics providers. Trinium-WMS is fully integrated with Trinium-TMS enabling seamless flow of orders between trucking and warehousing. The system provides multi-customer operations, a complete solution for inventory management, reporting, storage and handling invoicing. Warehouse EDI transactions are also available. Trinium-CFS (Container Freight Station) Manages import/export bonded container freight station operations and other freight handling operations. Trinium-CFS is integrated with Trinium-TMS, enabling automated flow of data from trucking through to the CFS operations. CFS provides functionality to manage import and export product flow, port and customs clearance, demurrage calculations, packing/unpacking, load planning, and storage of freight. Customers can also access the status of their house bills/freight bills via the internet from the Trinium Weblink Module Trinium-DMS (Distribution Management System) Enables companies to centrally manage transload operations, consolidation / deconsolidation, and cross-dock operations. DMS provides functionality to manage domestic as well as import/export product flow. The Load Planning function is a decision support tool that optimizes the building of each load, with revenues and costs instantly calculated from pre-set rating tables. Trinium-TMS is integrated with DMS, enables seamless data exchange between distribution and trucking operations.
