Container Port Group Purchases Intermodal Trucking Solution from Trinium Technologies PALOS VERDES, California – February 4, 2008 – Container Port Group (CPG), a leading provider of intermodal trucking services, based in Cleveland, Ohio, has purchased the Trinium application suite. CPG provides intermodal trucking services throughout the Midwest and Northeast at 13 terminal locations. Trinium Technologies specializes in developing systems that drive financial improvements for intermodal trucking companies. After an extensive evaluation of several software vendors, CPG chose Trinium due to the company’s intermodal domain expertise, focus on industry best practice, and the functional depth of the Trinium applications specific to intermodal trucking. “We feel that Trinium is the best long-term partner for intermodal trucking companies. Their focus on the issues facing intermodal trucking companies is unmatched in the industry”, said Richard Coleman, president of CPG. The purchase includes the core functionality of Trinium-TMS (transportation management system) for order management, dispatch, billing, driver settlements, and safety. Trinium-TMS will be interfaced with the company’s corporate accounting system and document imaging system. CPG also purchased Trinium’s EDI, Event Management, Weblink Modules and the Trinium-CFS system (container freight station).
